Your so called Customer Service Dept does not provide good service, in fact it is really awful.
Having ordered a bed frame & bedside cupboards on 5 June over the phone, because the website was playing up on the day, a replacement frame for a faulty one has still not come after 6 months. Trying to get through to the FV CEO, Mr P Harrison, has been blocked. He really needs to know how awful the service is so he can do something about it. Best to steer clear of FV.
