Awful customer service experience from Milton Keynes store.
We purchased a ceiling light with other items and this was only delivered 1 week ago. I contacted the store to return the item because it was way too big and the customer service advisor was awful.
He highlighted that their policy highlights that you can not return an item however the policy clearly highlights that the item can be returned within 14 days of receiving it if a customer does not with to keep it.
I am gutted that I had spend £200 on an item that we can not use and I just wanted to return it to chose a different one. We only took the item off the box and placed it back and we did not even attempt to put it up . I am so so disappointed with the service and actually wishing i had purchased the item from a different store.
