We waiting several months for a ladder rack, when it arrived the delivery driver advised us the item was faulty as the box was already opened, it’s now been 3 weeks trying to get an answer when the replacement will be delivered, no one is answering are calls or email ( we have spent at least 15 hours trying to get an answer) if you are considering buying from Furniture village, l would look at the other leading furniture stores as the back up service/customer service is not very good, it seem once they have the final payment they do not want to step upto the service level expected from a market leader.
