After being sold by the rep in buying these firm solid recliners and spending lots of money, after just 4 months you would think we have had them 4 years, the sponge has lost its padding and is like sitting in a bucket and does my back no good getting up. They send a guy out who clearly said (TO US) there was an issue with the larger foam seat pad and that there had been movement, but according to furniture village the report came back fine... we even have photo evidence..... after sending further emails and asking for a copy of this report they are now not responding, awful company.
