Thieving company taking our money and not sending a replacement. DO NOT USE. Stupid, terrible, ridiculous, rubbish, unprofessional company.
Ordered a 3 seater sofa and a cuddler back in November 2021, said it would arrive 20 weeks later. And so they did in April 2022 with a malfunctioned cuddler and the three seater sofa's spine completely broken. They told me we don't have to do anything, they logged it and the company will resend a new sofa in however long.
I chase the village up several times and I explained we require a replacement for the sofa and we need someone to come round to take a look at the cuddler as it isn't working electronically.
I was then on the phone to someone else a second time and had to explain myself the situation, worried this time the message was not getting into them as they can't understand the very simple situation I am in. They managed to send someone round to fix our Cuddler, and at this point I am praying they are getting our replacement sofa ready for us.
9 weeks pass, no word from the village, I get through to their customer service and the woman tells me no replacement is on its way! Nothing! And what is worse, the type of sofa we requested doesn't even exist anymore.
My partner and I have been in our cold conservatory during the winter and during the summer boiling whilst we wait for the Village to send our replacement sofa so we can finally use our lounge we haven't been able to use since Christmas. This is a terrible company who don't know what they are doing and would have got away with over £2000 of our money if we just kept waiting and waiting.
