We went to Furniture Village Leicester Fosse Park to look for a sofa. Paddy approached us in an informal manner and listened to our requirements and budget, he then made good suggestions, which led us to purchase a sofa which met our needs and budget.
He is a valuable asset to the store; without his assistance, we would have most likely left because the other salespeople lacked his level of knowledge and engagement.
