Great delivery guys. Sadly thats where the positive experience ended!! After a few months of very little use of my nearly £2k reclining sofa, I reported clunking noises, resulting in a manufacturers faulty mechanism, and a sliding feeling which is due to the padding, or lack of it. FOUR months later, numerous calls, unreturned callbacks, numerous ignored emails, the new mechanism has been fitted, but the seat padding was not rectified . I declined the repair with the blue foam, apparently how soft the seat had gone was not excessive, so the technician reported I lied about how often I sat on the sofa, and stated that
I am only after a new sofa!!!
HOW DISGRACEFUL!!! How dare he judge me like that! I am appalled at this!! I just want to sit comfortably with a bit of support!! Once they have your money, the so called After-care team do not care, and certainly are not interested in resolving issues. I have been fobbed off. Complete waste of my money to a company with NO care or concern.
