What are disgraceful way to treat a customer ordered a sofa and chair as was told delivery time was up to 16 weeks, we hadn't moved into the property then but didn't want to miss out on the sale price, when we moved in 12 days later discovered that the chair would not fit, rang them 3times before I got someone to deal with it, they charged me £200 to cancel the chair off the order, how can that be right when all they had to do was ring the supplier if it takes that long to be delivered chances are the don't even have the order, BE WARNED I will never use them again
