Absolutely terrible aftercare. We bought a bed (not in the sale) 7 weeks ago. The bed and mattress was delivered and aired as per the store instructions. 7 weeks later we are still waiting for it to be replaced because the smell is so vile we do not want it in the house. The store will not deal with aftercare, you will have to go through to a central team. When you finally get through to the central aftercare team, they never call you back when they say they will and fob you off with ‘as per policy’. I’m now waiting for an engineer to visit my home and write a report. Only then can a decision be made as to how they propose to resolve my issue. Buyer beware!.
