I purchased a Romilly sofa in November, within three weeks I complained that the fabric on the sofa looked old already, all puckered up and creased. I live alone and im the only one to have sat on it. I was asked to send pictures to them so that they could get in touch with the manufacturer Emmiera, and they would get in touch with me by e mail, they never did. The next thing I know I was being told that a new cusion had been ordered and would be delivered within 8 weeks. It turned up unanounced and I refused it as this isnt want I wanted. I contacted customer services told them I wasnt happy with this option and that I wanted someone to come here and see what the issue was. I told them that its a quality issue and their answer to me was that if the Emmiera representative came out and states there is no quality issues then that would be the end of it. Nowhere else to go with the complaint. I found the woman totally disrespectful and rude and had no care for how I felt about the product. I paid £1595 for this sofa, its in gold and looked lovely in the showroom.
Don't waste your money it looks old already and its been in my home for 8 weeks
