wow there service is so poor and the product sold a nightmare. upon ordering sofa and trying to cancel it we were spoken to very rudely by store staff and a store manager who was evasive in providing the product guarantees we requested
it comes as no surprise one day after delivery we have now requested the goods to be uplifted for a full refund. the sofa is of poor quality and one day after having it its the most uncomfortable sofa Thant sinks. the leather is not tight so theres no lumps of loose leather 24 hours after delivery. the seat base sinks giving terrible back and hip pain. it comes as no surprise the manager was evasive in providing the guarantees as he knew the product was problematic. well unless we are refunded a section 75 claim will be done. whilst the store continues to offer the rude service and its clear there only interested in targets as opposed to good customer service this one company I would not buy from again. if I could upload the photos on here I would do. THIS IS ONE BUSINESS TO AVOID. THEY MISS SELL GOODS AND OFFER EXCEPTIONALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. they do not answer the phone in store and when you ask why nobody answers the phone you get excuses of staff members being off. 30 phone calls many answer phone messages left and never a phone call returned. hang your heads in shame furniture village your the pits of retailer.
