AVOID AT ALL COSTS FURNITURE VILLAGE , LINCOLN
We ordered a rug on 17th August and are still waiting for it six weeks later it still hasn’t arrived ( it was promised in a week). Despite numerous telephone calls to the company the promises to return our calls never materialised.
We decided to cancel , given that we considered that they had broken their side of the contract , and given that we had no idea when delivery might be .
The manager said the various sales people we had contacted had not spoken to her and they were not part of the company , therefore not the companies fault .
Deal with them at your peril
