AVOID FURNITURE VILLAGE Three days after delivery of our 3 piece suite we noticed one of the chairs was lopsided. This was way back in February. under consumer rights I requested the faulty goods be collected. As many people have found to their cost , this shoddy bucket shop consider themselves above any consumer rules as they totally ignore them Fortunately I came across a FB group, “let down by Furniture Village” where I located over 1,500 people with issues against them too!! I obtained an independent report that found MANY problems with the suite, further highlighting appalling workmanship!! We are still awaiting a refund.
