Furniture Village Rated 1 out of 5 stars BE AWARE READ THE SMALL PRINT 10 year warranty what joke --- Subject: Avoid Furniture Village – Misleading Warranty Claims and Aggressive Customer Service We purchased a wardrobe from stevenage Furniture Village, influenced by their claim that it came with a 10-year warranty. However, when an issue arose, they outright refused to honor the warranty, despite their promises. Not only were their claims about the warranty misleading, but their after-sales service was appalling. When I called customer service to address the issue, the staff were extremely aggressive and unprofessional over the phone, making the experience even worse. Furniture Village also misleads customers with claims that their bedroom wardrobes have great cover and durability, but this is far from the truth. This company is unreliable, with false promises and shocking customer service. Avoid this cowboy company at all costs.
