After spending over £4000 on a g- plan 3 seater and 2 seater suite of furniture we found a cushion and a backrest we’re faulty on the 2 seater sofa.This was just after the furniture arrived.When it was reported after many hours on the phone and many trips to Furniture Village in Exeter we finally had a technician arrive.After 3 months the technician returned and fitted a new cushion and filled the backrest with a full box of stuffing.We asked for some sort of compensation only to be told that Furniture Village do not give compensation and the problem was not a manufacturing fault.The aftercare team are terrible to deal with.G- Plan do not want to know either.If I had read the reviews on Furniture Village I would never have walked through the doors of that store in the first place.We are totally disgusted with the way we have been treated.
