""I have contacted Customer Services three times to arrange for someone to come and look at my sofa which is a recliner which I bought back in June this year, which has stopped working in July, each time I call I am put on hold. I wait 20 minutes for them to return back to the call and then I am cut off. No one has tried to call me back and I have emailed Customer Services and again no acknowledgement or response from them.
Very Unsatisfactory service.
