Bought a leather Kasia three seater couch in 2014 no kids, pets ... just two retired folks who have enjoyed leather couches for years! This one bought at Furniture Village after 18 months had an ugly indented crack in the cream leather around the extreme edge of the right hand side of the head cushion. Today, this crack has developed into a large ugly patch! Can't get anywhere with the company. VERY Disappointed!!!!!
