We bought 2 two seater sofas, just over two years ago. One of them has developed a list to port on the left hand seat. Despite having the repair people come, we were told by the experts, that these seat squabs would always start to sink, even after as short a time as a few weeks, and after two years this would be expected, and it was our problem because we sat on the seat and leaned on the arm! Thus causing the seat squab to collapse on that edge! Luckily Furniture Village Poole has decided that this is not acceptable and have offered to replace the seat completely.
