The worst customer service ever!
If you have any complaint or question about a store purchase do not expect Furniture Village to acknowledge emails, letters or phone calls. Their approach to any concern raise is total silence. Even the CEO ignores personal emails. Our goods were long overdue to furniture Village overstocking their warehouse but did they admit it? No. did they try to blame the supplier? Yes. They totally ignored all attempts to find out why the delay and when we could expect the goods preferring in the end to leave all communication to the supplier.
