Bought a dining table online at FV. After owning the dining table less than 3 weeks the lacquer on the top of the table started to come off. We always used mats on the table and followed the aftercare advice of using a damp cloth to clean it.
I emailed the after care team as I was in my 30 day right to refuse as my table is clearly unfit for purpose to be ignored.
I emailed again and made a phone call to them asking to get back to me ASAP.
FV asked me to send some photos of the damage to them via email and they’re response was that I’ve damaged the table and to use mats at all times.
Absolutely terrible after care and customer service from start to finish. Avoid this company!
FV I will be taking this further.
