Totally disappointed!!
We ordered our sofas on 8th September and was told 8 weeks delivery then when the order was processed he said it will be 9-10 weeks delivery, which was ok as middle of November delivery was plenty of time before Christmas. After several calls made by us still no sofas so phoned again Wednesday to be told delivery will be Sunday 15th December and someone will phone me the Saturday to confirm, waited all day for phone call and nothing! It is now Sunday and I am non the wiser if my sofas are going to be delivered today or not.
You don’t mind a bit of a delay but after
4-5 week delay not once has anybody from furniture village contacted us to update on the delay. We have had to do all the chasing!
