We spent over 3 k at furniture village on bedroom furniture when it arrived we noticed it was damaged straight away and reported it to head office and the store via email we also tried calling and posting letters all with no response the manager bradley at the time was none responsive, we are disgusted with the way we were treated, we had to contact our card issuer to obtain reimbursement, 7 months later we receive contact from the new store manager raif asking for the money back we were refunded, our issue was and still is completely ignored, unfortunately we disposed of the goods and are now in a legal battle. Moral of the story is if you buy from these con merchants you will receive No after care once they have taken your money, PAY A PREMIUM AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
