Sofas arrived 3 weeks ago
Cushions keep moving every time you get up there’s a big gap between both cushions absolute nightmare. Cushions are sinking in 3 weeks..
Technician been viewed the sofas and agreed with us and advised us that we go in and swap the sofas.. report came and said no manufacturer fault. A big lie when the technician sat on the sofas and saw exactly his faulty the sofas are.
We are now going to go in speak to the manager and if we need to take legal action and get trading standards involved.
This was not the suite we saw in store!!
Disappointed and angry £2,400 for a suite which is not fit to sit on..
