Terrible Customer service as a verified seller for B&Q.
Sent me the wrong item and will not provide a pre paid postage label or collection for item, they expect me to send it back at my own cost. Been going back and forth for two weeks now. B&Q have agreed it should be Gardeners Dream who should arrange collection.
Be aware that if you receive the wrong product. It is a nightmare to try a return if you don’t want it to cost you for their mistake.
