Appalling. I ordered a Volcano Brexillian Tree Fern advertised in a 1. litre pot. Oh no! The tiny thing arrived in a tiny pot 0.30 litre pot. It measured 3 ins tall! I sent photographs was advised it was the right size, I don't think in a large pot it would have been visible. I have had emails from 4 different people who should be ashamed to work there. Trading standards, they need to be put out of business .
