Avoid at all cost, if I could give zero I would. I placed a large order in April due to lock down it finally arrived in June. The boxes looked as if they had been used to play football with. In the order were to geums one was very poor and the other one had no foliage what so ever. I sent photographs immediately, I received a reply giving me a ticket stating my complaint had gone to the relevant department, this ticket disappeared with no solution.
Like a fool I placed another order in July, in this order I received 10 echinacea bare root cuttings these were all rotten and I have never received 10 hemerocallis. I have repeatedly emailed with my complaint, with replies of my complaint has yet again been sent to the relevant department, up to date I have had no refund, replacement or explanation. If I had read reviews before I placed an order I would never have dealt with this company. I don't know how a company can operate in this way and not be penalised. It is now nearly 6 months since my first complaint and no result.
