I ordered an acer from Gardening express at a cost of £28.95 plus postage of £5.95.
This item was brought as a present and was given still in its original packaging. When i saw this plant i was very embarrassed and disappointed. For the price i was expecting a far better specimen.
I have spent the last three weeks trying to contact Gardening Express, their online chat is a joke you wait hours to connect and then told closed for the day. I tried completing the online form which has taken two weeks for anyone to come back to me. They asked for more pictures. Another week has gone by not heard anything. I took the plant back from my friend and replaced it with a far superior plant for £20.00. I have tried to return the plant but the cost of return postage would be £12.95. I have given 1 star however if i could have given zero i would have i feel very let down and out of pocket.
Shame on you Gardening Express for such poor customer service and value for money
