Three weeks after ordering a 50cm tall arbutilon hybrid pink, ireceived a 25cm twig with 5 dead leaves attached, which promptly fell off. No answer to my email. And having now read the reviews, I am not returning it and incurring more cost, and then still not receiving a refund. So I will just have to accept it as a lesson learnt. SO PLEASE DO NOT EVER ODER PLANTS FROM THIS COMPANY. The trading standards should be looking into this company and its owner Chris Bonnett
