Had an email on a Wednesday to say it had been despatched for next day without any advanced warning. Two trees were eventually delivered by DX 5 days later at 6pm on Monday, today. On opening the box, it was no surprise to find that one tree was dead and the other tree had completely snapped in half and was turned right over in the box. Their website tells you all the things you need to do if an item is damaged including taking photos but nowhere and I mean nowhere does it tell you how to send the photos. there is no phone number, no email addresses. no addresses to write to snail mail. I am really upset about it and feel like this is a cowboy outfit.
