Ordered a Poinsettia tree for my relative who lives away from me, it arrived badly damaged in transit. It would have been beautiful but it lost most of its leaves in the box. Tia at customer service was really gracious about it and apologetic. They gave me a refund. Very good customer service I am extremely pleased.
