DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Ordered £600+ plants 4 weeks ago. When order was way overdue and I’d heard nothing, I smelt a rat and tried to contact/ cancel prior to dispatch (as per my consumer right) but there is absolutely no way to make contact- only a horrendous online “ticket” system which doesn’t work (They IGNORE complaints and continue to take orders when they clearly area coping with existing orders).
I left a bad review on another site (which they responded to in an impersonal and ignorant manner) and - bingo - order swiftly arrived by courier who dumped pallet of damaged boxes in middle of drive so we couldn’t get in or out. MISSING ITEMS = 10 Digitalis plants, no explanation. DAMAGED ITEMS = 10 x Rosemary plants yellow and dried out; 12 hellebores in terrible condition, half dead. Have complained / requested refund & collection of damaged plants via “ticket” system and online “customer survey” (what a joke). Sent photos with “ticket” but again a DEAFENING SILENCE. This company owes me a lot of money but WILL NOT RESPOND. I NEED A REFUND. Don’t use them. Just AVOID
