Oh dear
Like everyone else, I placed my order on 7th April, no updates per their website pledge, and no sign of my £93 order. I actually did check their trust pilot reviews prior to placing my order and all seemed well at the beginning of April.
How do we get our money back, what are our recourse options? It’s quite literally criminal what this company are doing to so many customers, why are we letting them get away with it? What can we do to stop others getting ripped off, and how do the rest of us get our money back?
Suggestions gratefully received.
