Hermes left me a note saying sorry, but that is how he received the box, plants inside dead, have two other orders pending tried every way to contact them, raised ticket . Tia caitly is supposed to be agent looking into it but no reply to my request for a refund on other orders. All you get is automated e mail regardles of what the question is. Sent pictures of note from Hermes, also pictures of dead plants must say these orders were placed early last month. Contacted my bank who are now looking into it for me.
