I ordered £150 worth of plants on 19th April. All plants I ordered were “In Stock”!!
Note that before I ordered we had read good reviews but on reading current ones I now regret this!!
We have had one email, in this time, advising that we are not forgotten but the company has still taken our money, not delivered any plants and no communication since!
Times are hard for everyone Gardening Express, surely you shouldn’t take any funds from customers until orders are dispatched.
You are being quite unfair by taking down all forms of meaningful communication. Even if you are abiding by social distancing measures we all know that phones and emails can be redirected so that concerns can be dealt with. This in itself would stop unsatisfied customers writing such poor reviews, as a simple explanation or apology for delays would help us understand.
Please be honest and if you cannot fulfil orders let the customers know and process their refunds.
