Same experience. No communication despite emails, 'tickets', FB and Twitter plea. Nothing, except to block me. Eventually, 5 weeks later my account info altered very slightly. Still 'processing' but now 're-order option. When I clicked that link it showed that 4 of 5 items are 'out of stock'! No refund option. No email communication and Gardening Express have now asked Trustpilot to investigate my review. Please, please be aware that a few are lucky but many appear to have lost their money. I don't know if I will EVER see my money again.
