Still awaiting order placed 8 April. Three days ago, stated that order dispatched but Hermes tracking says they are awaiting receipt. It's now 6 weeks since the order!
No response from several emails to customer services.
God knows what state the plants will be in when they are eventually received. They are foxgloves which should be flowering now - too late now to transplant after being in transit for so long!!
Abysmal service.
I suspect that it will be a difficult process to return The plants an get a refund if the experience so far is anything to go by?
Save yourself the bother And hassle and look elsewhere!
