Ordered plants on the 9th April, but there is no way to actually call them to enquire on the status or expected delivery date. Raised enquiry tickets on their website to no avail, also emailed them.
All you get is an automated update blaming Covid 19 for the delay, absolutely disgusting. Gardening Express should not be taking money off people if the are not able to provide the goods. Have contacted my bank to try and raise a dispute with them to get a refund.
Many people, including myself, thought about buying plants to make the garden more pleasant as we are in lockdown and can’t go out, so was planning to spend more time in the garden at the moment as we can’t go out, so to have a company behave in this way is absolutely appalling.
