im in the same boat by the sound of it.
my 1st order arrived after 5 weeks and was ok. i have only received part of my second order which was placed 7th april yet the site said it has been dispatched. i have given them until 22/05/2020 or i will place an online claim to the county court.
they have no respect for customers so i will place a CCJ on them
