I ordered a Magnolia on 8th April and the money was taken from my Account the following day. 'Lockdown' made communication impossible, the website asking that emails not be sent and the Phone not being answered. On Friday 15th May I finally received a Despatch note and the Plant arrived on the following Monday afternoon. Within 20 minutes I had photographed it and sent an email to the Company. 'The Plant appears to have a disease on some of its leaves: one at the very top has dried out and died, another near the top is going the same way, others are beginning to go brown.' Three days later and I am still waiting for any sort of acknowledgement. This Plant has some sort of blight which must have been seen by the Packer before despatch. I am disappointed with the Plant, but the lack of Customer care also concerns me.
