If for whatever reason you are not totally happy with your plants please return them within 14 days for a full refund. -It's as simple as that. Dispatch during these unprecedented times is currently delayed and may vary between 2-4 weeks. However, despite me raising several ticket enquiries, as I am unable as everyone else has stated to contact them by phone, I have had NO correspondence whatsoever! I am £129 down since over a month ago, and today I also have contacted my bank to raise a dispute for me. I would not recommend this company at all, and I do believe that they are very misleading with their promises and advertising! Please don't say my order is being "processed" from day one on 20/04/20 when you fail to contact me by 26/05/20
