I ordered and paid for my shrubs/plants on April 20th.
My confirmed order stated delivery within 3 - 5 days. Followed by a statement saying in busy times this could be extended to 10 - 15 working days!
Well, here we are on June 6th!
Automated emails updating x 3 stating due to Covid there may be further delays.
I last heard from them on May 18th saying they are improving their customer service!

I have raised 2 ticket enquiries and yes you've guessed right ...no response
So, I've contacted my bank in an attempt to get my money back. All £129 which incidentally went out if my account very promptly!
When I log in to their page it says since day 1 the order is being processed. So,according to their rules I am unable to claim a refund!
So I have contacted my bank so they can deal with this dispute.
Guys you only have 104 days = about 4 months to do this so get busy.
Bank contacts the company for you but pays you straight away
Fingers crossed that I will get my hard earned 129 quid very soon
