Placed my order on the 10 April, was advised due to Covid that delivery would take up to 15 working days so I was patiently waiting. No plants so raised a dispute with my bank that was due to end the 30 May - suprise suprise half of my order arrived on 29 May and the plants were absolutely attrocious. None of them were flowering, several have died and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order but requested a refund on 29 May. No reply to my ticket. This company is shocking, how they are still allowed to take orders is beyond me. I will be continuing my complaint with Trading Standards and my bank to obtain a full refund.
