HEALTH PLANT WARNING! Ordered two palms, a fraise hydrangea and Because I had spent over a certain amount a plant from their list so I selected another hydrangea. These items were ordered on the 19th of May. I knew they would maybe take upto 14 days to arrive due to covid. Three weeks passed no emails to update me so emailed them twice asking if they could tell me where my order was. After 4 weeks I emailed them requesting a full refund and cancellation of the order as I considered 4 weeks unreasonable. No reply to any of the 3 emails. A week later on the 25th of June I sent another email requesting a refund again, the same day they sent an email stating my order was now being processed. On the 3rd of July I received notification my order was on its way and in 2 boxes. On the 10th of July my order arrived in one small box, the plants had all been piled on top of each other. It was obvious the plants had suffered with no light, they were bone dry and their condition was dreadful. My husband actually laughed when he opened the box. I had purchased a fraise hydrangea from my local garden centre for £10.95, it is 3’ tall with 9 flower heads on it. The same hydrangea from this co is not even a foot high and leaves are all yellow and not one flower head, that cost £15.00. I sent an email via their online ticket service and surprise I received a reply almost straight away, no apology for delivery taking 8 weeks and requesting photos so they could access the case. READ your reviews online and you will see what people think of your poor plants!! Will update this review once I hear from this Co, wish me luck with that one. They seem to forget consumers rights are far greater online.
