I placed 2 orders with gardening express, one late evening 17/7/20 for 10 Laurel shrubs and the other on 20/7 for 10 Portuguese laurel. I was starting to panic a bit afterwards after reading all the negative reports and having just placed 2 orders both under£100 So no chance of getting any chargeback. HOWEVER I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when both order turned up on 5/8 and 7/8. Both were well packaged and plants healthy. Emails were sent to me every 3 days to inform of the delay due to a surge in online orders with people staying at Home due to Covid. Emails thus did say items were taking 2-4 weeks. I checked my order status regularly which detailed my order progress. I was emailed that they were shipping my order and to track their progress. I was then emailed by their couriers DX delivery with a tracking number and delivery day. Overall I feel I was kept well up to date with the progress of my order and both separate orders arrived healthy and well packaged. So thank you Gardening Express.... one relieved and happy customer.
