Mr. MAIRENI MELO, an outstanding service technician from Cyprus Air Company, performed superb and very professional work on our living room gas fireplace and very clearly explained to my wife and me how to change the battery components of our gas fireplace system. His attention and clarity to details was most impressive and he carefully cleaned up our entire floor area afterward. I would without hesitation rank him "Heads and Shoulders" above others in his technical field.
