Understaffed and woefully mismanaged at the front end. Why in the WORLD should it take over an hour just to PICK up your pet from surgery. I waited 45 minutes, my friend , who arrived at 2:55pm left there at 4:00. Why would all pick-ups NOT be placed in ONE line to expedite your operation and run it more efficiently. It was piss-poor service and the fact that “ there are only 2 of us” (your employees answer!) as IF that is our creation and not just really poor management. There are better ways of doing this - ask UCANN- they know how to run in an efficient way with WAY more customers than you. Stop making excuses for blatantly and arrogantly making presumptions on everyone else’s time. Your time is NOT more valuable than mine, or the other 25-30 packed in that lobby . Only 2 of them? That’s YOUR fault. I would not adopt an animal from your facility if you were the last shelter in the universe. You could do better, and that’s just an embarrassing shame considering you always want donations? Why don’t you spend some on additional employees?
