And to make it worse they had removed the cover for pre-existing conditions - "Previously, we could start covering some pre-existing conditions if your pet hadn't needed or been recommended to have treatment within 24 months of your policy start date. We have removed this 24-month period for pre-existing conditions, meaning that pre-existing conditions will not be covered by your policy."
