I have been paying premiums for 8 years. with no claims. This year my dogs cough got worse so he had to have tests , xrays and medication. My claim was refused on a technicality. I complained but they won't pay
I will now find it difficult to find the funds for my dogs on going treatment. Animal Friends, I dont think so. Very disappointed to be treated
this way.
