Only paid less than 50% of my claim despite being a very loyal customer with a very honest claim. Penalised due to missing the claim deadline (family member died and we were distracted) and a hidden extra 20% not mentioned at point of purchase as my dog was over 8.
Shame as the people who work there seem very nice to talk to.
