This company is no friend of ANY animal, let alone a loved pet.
They only operate at certain hours. Their policy's are not worth the paper they are printed on , as they will look to NOT paying out given ANY slight excuse.
Pay more for a better policy with another insurer.
I pity the people who work for them, and the lengths that they will go to not pay out !
